Stale cakes and 3 days old coffee? I don't mind the cakes being completely dry and evidently old - still edible. However I asked for americano and not a drip coffee, so expected to get freshley done one. What I received tasted as water from washing the dishes, looked muddy. Probably old coffee microwaved before serving. The cafe might be ok for beers and drinks from a fridge. Avoid food and anything 'freshly made'.

First day of board hire, Great. Second day, different person (believe the owner) was behind the till. Stated he wanted 100 just to hire the surfboard as a deposit. Went to another hire company just down the road, brilliant service and no extortionate deposit. Just 12 for 24 hours. Deposits take a while to come back onto a card. Be there hiring for a week and you'll be near broke in no time! Must say the board for the first was in good condition however. On the other hand, so were those down the road with no ridiculous deposit.

Great view to look at, while having a tasty breakfast, on a sunny morning.

Love this little bar/cafe. Good coffee and panini, just a short walk from the National Trust car park and beach. It's just the place to either start or finish a nice cliff top walk to Baggy Point or Woolacombe.

What a spot! Sea views everywhere with some of the friendliest people I've ever met. Stayed there whilst surfing with Lyndon Wake's surf school and it was the perfect combination. Great surf school and amazing lodging with Baggy's. Whilst a little pricey on first appearance the place is designed to a high spec with amazing showers, something I never quiet appreciated as much until a getting into surfing, and the location and sea views is stunning. Would highly recommend this place!
