Absolute con merchants. We currently have our second vw golf from them. First one we had no issues with but the second one has been a nightmare to deal with. We were initially told that we could trade in or hand the car back after two year, when that time came we were told its not possible due to being in negative equity and it apparently had nothing to do with diesel gate which was happening at the time. So we have seen our term out to then be told that they cannot help again and that we shouldn't hand it back to the finance company in fear of what they may charge. Even though the car is in great condition.and under its miles. Victim of classic VW sales BS and will never shop with them again. Not true to their word and have simply blamed agreements not being honoured on salesmen that are no longer with them. Shame really as I've liked our golf, just not the lies that came with it.
