I have had an injury for about 10yrs seen various physios over the years and always given the same exercises which felt like they were read out of a book and not relevant for me. I now feel I am finally getting somewhere and I highly recommend.
Jane has been invaluable over the last ten years or so in keeping me pain free, on my feet and out of the operating theatre, following fracturing several vertebrae in my neck. In the past 2 years she has also helped following a car accident, and today I walked in on crutches in agony with a serious knee/leg problem and walked out hardly needing them. She's fantastic!
