If you Just wanna chill out and watch/hear the sea when you wake up this is the place, came for first time camping and was amazing, very clean showers and toliets, very friendly staff. Will be returning
What a great location in a peaceful field watching the world go by and the great views of the sea. Just five minutes walk to the great beach of Croyde and ten minutes walk to the village with shops and pubs to eat. The facilities are basic and are very clean and really well kept (what more do you need) and the staff are spot on. We'll be coming back for sure.

What was lovely about this place was the spectacular position, view and simplicity. There is an option to treat yourself to a bit of glamping, we took the gorgeous hut. It kept cool during the day and warm at night. Lovely comfy bed, duvet, soft pillows. I took my own portaloo for an instant ensuite! The toilet blocks are all you need, fully stocked with loo roll and hot water. The showers, we thought, were the best campsite showers ever experienced, and they were FREE! We were a school group of 150 but it never felt crowded. This is a simple campsite, basically a field with a small toilet block and facilities at the bottom, no shops or gimmicks, absolutely perfect as it is.
